Covid-19 Health & Safety Changes
Due to the covid-19 there will be some changes on board that everyone will be required to adhere to. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, please see below.
Please ensure you are symptom free and are in good health and not sharing a home with anyone with covid-19 symptoms.
If you or anyone in your household starts developing any symptoms, such as high temperature, new continuous cough, loss of smell or taste we politely ask you not to attend your appointment.
Hands need to be sanitized on entry. All changes in medical history including contact with anyone tested positive needs to be notified before attending an appointment.
To avoid time wasting and unnecessary exposure for myself and clients, all bookings require full payment in advance to secure their booking.
The chair will be angled like a deck chair, rather than sitting upright.
You will be given allocated a time slot to help maintain social distancing and enable thorough cleaning in-between each client.
Please ensure you are on time, not early or late, as I will not be able to extend you time due to the limited booking space.
Only the client is permitted to attend, no friends or family, except if accompanying a minor.
Bring only necessary items, as they will not be permitted on surfaces following our college of podiatry patient safety guidelines and regulations to help minimise spread.
Any appointments whereby the client is late by10mins will be classed as a missed appointment. You will not receive a refund, as I would not have enough time to treat you.
All appointments will be prepaid, no refunds will be given for last minute cancellations as that time slot could have been allocated to others and considered waste of clinic time.
Any changes in dates or times made by me will not affect your payments.
On the occasion we are fully booked for the day, you will be first priority for the next available day.
To re-book follow up appointments, you will be requested to send an email after the appointment as dates will vary.

*Please bear with me in regards to response time. Verruca count: if booking for a verrucae treatment please give a number of verrucas requiring treatment to give you final costs.
